Yoga & Meditation

Did you know Yoga means UNION or CONNECTION?

In our busy lives, we often lose connection with ourselves. As we rush from one task to another, we frequently forget to listen to what our body, mind, and soul are trying to tell us.

In my yoga classes, I invite you to reconnect with yourself. Through a mindful combination of flowing Vinyasa sequences, deeply relaxing Yin Yoga, conscious breathing (Pranayama), and meditation, we create a space where you can find stillness and truly feel yourself again.

Whether you’re seeking new energy, inner balance, or simply a moment of calm, my classes offer you the opportunity to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.

Through a gentle blend of flowing asanas, mindful breathwork (pranayama), and simple meditation tools, we’ll deepen your body awareness and bring calm to a busy mind. I’ll guide you with techniques that help you reconnect to your inner stillness—at your own pace, with compassion.

Yoga and meditation are beautiful ways to stay grounded and centered—whether you're navigating the rush of daily life or moving through unexpected moments. They help us come home to ourselves, to listen inwardly, and to trust our intuition. That’s why they deserve a place in our everyday rhythm.

In my classes, we create a space for stillness—a space to listen, to feel, and to return to yourself with clarity and calm.

My Yoga background

I love guiding creative, energizing Vinyasa flows that not only activate and strengthen the body, but also ground the mind. Each movement becomes a meditation—building union of movment and breath, vitality, and focus, while helping you feel more connected and alive in your body.

And then there’s Yin Yoga—slow, deep, and nourishing. A practice of surrender, stillness, and inner listening.

Have you ever experienced the magic of combining both?

YinYasa – The Art of Balance - and my personal favorite

Step into a practice that blends the best of both worlds. We begin with Yin Yoga—gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative. Long-held stretches invite the body to soften and open, releasing tension from deep within. It’s a space to slow down, to listen inward, and to arrive fully in the moment.

From this place of stillness, we gradually transition into a creative and energizing Vinyasa flow. Moving with the breath, we awaken the body, build strength, and cultivate presence. The flowing sequences uplift and activate, leaving you feeling vibrant, centered, and alive.

Those classes are designed to nourish both body and mind—balancing softness with strength, stillness with movement.

Whether you're seeking energy, calm, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, YinYasa offers a space to come home.

I'm also trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, which means I can personalize your practice based on your unique constitution and the wisdom of the 5 elements in Ayurveda. Whether you need grounding, uplifting, cooling, or calming—your practice will meet you where you are.
