With a combination of flowing asanas, pranayama techniques and meditation tools, we will improve together your body awareness. I will teach you the right techniques to get control of your hectic mind and to bring you back to a more peaceful state of your life. 

Yoga & Meditation perfectly pair with sweaty workouts. And, they help us to stay balanced and grounded during a busy day or in unexpected situations. Therefore, they deserve a place in our daily routine. They connect us back to our heart and let us listen and trust our intuition. 

In my classes we will create your space to become silent, to listen, to become grounded and to calm down together.

My Yoga background

I love to teach creative but also grounding Vinyasa flows and I love Yin Yoga.

Have you ever tried the combination of both? YinYasa - that’s my absolute favorite the moment. The combination of deep stretches and relaxation with the flowing elements of Vinyasa. Pure bliss at the end.

I am also trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, so I can tailor your classes to your individual personal needs by using the principles of 5 elements in Ayurveda.
