OUR LOCATION
Surround by the beautiful pure nature of Brandenburg our Retreat Location Sonnenhaus Liebenthal offers us plenty of space to free our body and mind from tensions and blocking thoughts.
The Sonnenhaus in Liebenthal with its fruit trees and natural herb gardens, is idyllically situated by wide rolling fields and forests.
Around the house you will find well-kept meadows for relaxation. The small private forest offers space for hammocks or for active climbing. A fireplace and tepee create space for quiet evenings and ceremonies. The house offers a variety of living spaces, modernized and very original combined under one roof. For community and personal retreat you will find a variety of spaces for your needs.
YOUR TEACHERS
My wonderful friend Helena and I will guide you through this weekend. We are both passionate and long-time experienced personal fitness trainers and yoga teachers, trained in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. We love sharing our knowledge and supporting and guiding our clients on their personal journey. As we are most passionate and wholehearted about what we love to do, we have both also experienced and learned firsthand how important it is to stay true to ourselves while doing so, yet not overextend and overwork ourselves. Instead, to listen carefully to our body's needs and to slow down sometimes.
We feel deeply grateful and blessed to be able to support and guide you on your personal journey.

All rooms are with shared bathrooms and toilets. Just to be sure you feel comfortable with that. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and one extra toilet in the house. There is one outside eco-toilet and a cold shower in the garden.

Do you feel like you could use a little more stability, grounding and strength right now and just dive away from the ongoing craziness of every day life for a moment?
Then join me for my YinYasa Evening class.
Explore the magic combination of Yin Elements at the beginning and a following energizing Vinyasa Flow. Open up fascia tissues, release tensions, build up strength but also flow with eases and peace to feel grounded and calm at the end.
This practice will help you forget about the hustle and bustle of the day. The combination of gentle movements and grounding asanas will bring you back to your center and will let you feel more stable and strong. Allow yourself to quiet down for a moment and to give your body and mind a chance to actively rest.
