What can you expect here?
Sports and exercise have always been a big part of my life and an essential part of my everyday life. Therefore it is easy for me to motivate myself and I love to pass this motivation on to others. Since my childhood I have tried out different kinds of sports and after many years I have found the right combination for me: Running, Cross-Fit, Yoga & Mediation.
But much more importantly, I learned how important it is to find the right BALANCE. It's not about pushing yourself every day and going to your limits. The power lies in rest - only with the right balance of challenging training sessions AND moments of relaxation for body and mind we will remain free of injuries and physically and mentally healthy in the long run.
