Movement and sports have always played a central role in my life. Over 25 years ago, I discovered my passion for motivating others to lead a more active lifestyle and share the joy of movement.
From my own experience, I know how important it is to stay true to oneself, listen to the needs of your own body, and not constantly strive for peak performance. Instead, I emphasize approaching things mindfully and with awareness to find a healthy balance.
My main goal in my regular classes, one-on-one sessions, events, and retreats is to help you develop a deep awareness of your own body and integrate the right balance of movement and rest into your daily life—while finding joy in the process.
Because this is the foundation for a balanced, content, and healthy life.
